We offer FREE returns & exchanges* for merchandise returned in brand new, original condition.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags still attached.
- For jewelry purchases, all original packaging (including boxes & pouches) must be returned.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please note that any items sent back to Aria Lattner that do not meet our quality control standards may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
* At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for orders returned from outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If the above guidelines have been met, please follow the instructions below to initiate your return or exchange request:
- Pack up your unwanted items. Please make sure to use weatherproof packaging to withstand any potential damage in transit.
- Ship your item(s) back to our address below, using your own carrier. Please make sure to use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference.
- Send an email to contact@arialattner.com including the following details:
- Your Order ID number (located on the printed invoice you received in your package)
- Your return tracking number & courier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- A note indicating whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. If it is an exchange, please indicate which item you would like to receive as your replacement.
